About me
I embarked on my journey in art and design in Istanbul, Turkey, enriching it with education and work experiences from around the world. My passion for art was founded during my studies in Painting and Sculpture at Istanbul Avni Akyol Fine Arts High School. I then graduated at the top of my class from the Textile Design Department at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts. Through the Erasmus program, I added an international dimension to my education by studying Painting and Sculpture for a year at Universidade do Porto in Portugal.

My university final project, "Imperfection," was exhibited at the first Istanbul Design Biennial. This significant exhibition allowed my design approach to be recognized by a broad audience and marked a notable step in my professional career.
While continuing my career in various roles, I also pursued sculpture work in my studio, creating unique sculptures under the name "Wearable Art." My sculptures are currently exhibited at Frankart Studio. I participated in the last two editions of Artweeks Istanbul with Frankart Studio.

I have been active on the international stage; my wearable sculpture pieces were showcased at the Artistar Jewels 2018 exhibition during Milan Fashion Week. I designed special 3D wearable sculptures for two seasons for Arch Contemporary Ballet in New York, and my works were exhibited at the University of Arizona's Museum of Art. I also had the honor of being a finalist and winning awards in various international competitions. I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience by teaching 3D Printing and Fashion at the International Fashion Academy of Paris's Istanbul campus.
Throughout my career, I collaborated with many publishers to create illustrations for children's storybooks. These projects allowed me to enrich the stories visually and contribute to the imaginations of young readers.

In collaboration with BoÄŸaziçi University and Professor Kadir Gökgöz, I worked on a special project for deaf and mute children. I was responsible for creating visual drawings to facilitate language learning for these children. Our successful work continued in a language learning application for deaf and mute children developed within the scope of the TÜBÄ°TAK 1512 project, where I created the visual and educational content illustrations.

The certificates and achievements I have earned throughout my education and experiences are evidence of my ongoing journey of learning and development. My CAD skills and language abilities have allowed me to present my projects on an international level.

I am dedicated to integrating art and design into all areas of life and will continue to push the boundaries of my creativity as I set sail for new horizons.
